I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by stunning mountains and lakes. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly at check-in. The dining experience was good, but the rooms were outdated for the price. Overall, it's a hotel with potential but needs improvements to match the location's beauty.
My stay at LLAO LLAO was unforgettable, with majestic views of the Andes and exceptional service. The hotel is steeped in history and beauty, and while the dining experience was pleasant, it didn't quite reach the level of excellence expected from a luxury hotel. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch but the distance from the tower rooms to the main building could be inconvenient. Overall, a spectacular experience with minor drawbacks.
